Frequently Asked Questions
What’s your style of shooting?
I focus on capturing real moments and genuine connection - the big emotions and the quiet in-between ones too. I’ll guide you the whole way with fun prompts and little games. Who’s up for red light, green light? My goal is to tell your story in an authentic way so your photos feel like you - full of life, laughter, and love. Think of my style as part photographer, part fun-director! I love keeping things light, candid, and full of real laughs. I’m often told by couples that they forget the camera’s even there, and just enjoy each other.
What does the booking process look like?
Let’s get to it! We’ll hop on a video call, I’ll find out exactly what you want with guided questions to get you really thinking about your day and what you really want and need in a wedding photographer. Then once we both decide we’re a good fit for each other, I'll send over a contract. Once that’s signed and a deposit is received, your date will be booked and you’ll have one major thing crossed off your to-do list!
What’s different or special about your style?
I’m not just the one behind the lens- i’m the one pinning boutonnières, fluffing dresses, wrangling tipsy groomsmen, and keeping timelines on track. My clients describe me as more than a photographer. I’m a calming presence, quiet leader, hype woman, deeply empathetic documentarian with a gift for capturing fleeting, emotional moments others might miss. I have a smile/laugh and sudden movement radar. As soon as I sense it, I’m shooting. That’s how I catch the most genuine moments.

12-24 months before the wedding is what I advise in booking any photographer. Please inquire with me to see if I have your date available!
-
You will receive your wedding photos no later than 8 weeks past your wedding date. (Average time being 5-6 weeks)
-
Yes, I do! Custom packages can be made for these requests.

Yes and yes! You can rest assured that I have multiple cameras. I always have two on a harness over my shoulders ready to shoot as well as another back up in my bag! I have multiple lenses, batteries and memory cards as well.
For your photos after the wedding day they are stored in 3 different places to ensure they are never lost. Hard drives can corrupt at any time and I am prepared if that would to occur! -
Depending on the case, yes. If I still have the date open within 2-3 months of the wedding day, or it is in non-peak wedding season, I do take shorter weddings. The reason for this is that I am typically booked for full day weddings every weekend all summer.

Typically, yes. The only time I (or my second shooter or associate) would not be on the seating chart is if the vendors have their own room or separate tables. I do have it in my contract that if coverage is longer than 4 hours I get fed as well. Wedding days can be long and photographers need fuel too! ;)
