My Body - Labels Photoshoot

I am so lucky to have worked with My Body Fitness and Nutrition on this photoshoot, as well as these amazing empowering, strong and beautiful women. It was one of the funnest shoots I have ever done and I learned so much. So for the first set of photos the ladies wrote on their bodies negative and untrue words and statements that either they called themselves or things others have said. These were then washed off and new labels were put on. The new labels spoke the truth…
